Training & Support

We want you to be successful, so our in-person training coupled with our on-line resources really are devoted to helping you make your camp as great as possible!Our training begins with a training seminar where we train the teachers or adults who will be teaching the summer camps. Throughout our curriculum we refer to these teachers as Lead Producers, because they need to understand the production process extremely well. Our goal for the in-person training is to get the participants to begin to take on the role of Lead Producer. We accomplish this by involving the participants in a variety of hands-on experiences that begins to build their understanding of what it takes to be a Lead Producer. Each participant will design and create at least one digital media project during the training session.

Before we leave the training, we review our extensive curriculum guide so the new Lead Producers can get ideas about how to best implement the camp program. We also create customized social networks for each of our clients. Through a safe, secure website we are able to post our entire curriculum in digital form. This flexible social network consists of all of our guides, training videos, tips, and complete course documentation that is easily accessible by the Lead Producers. We have found that our customized social network sites drastically reduce the stress levels of the new Lead Producers and gives them a wonderful way of diving into their role as Lead Producers.
